Kelly is Originally from Long Island New York. She attended Eastern Florida State College in Cocoa Florida, and Technical College of the Lowcountry in Beaufort South Carolina.  She also owns a successful business of her own. 

Kelly studied business and marketing amongst many other areas. Kelly proudly made Walterboro her home in 1998. She is happily married with 3 incredible children.
